2025 OH QB Tavien St. Clair is a Buckeye!!!

Day 2 Elite 11(SOS TSC is still dominating):

3. Tavien St. Clair – Ohio State

Tavien St. Clair turned in another strong outing on day two of the Elite 11 Finals. The Ohio State pledge flashed the best arm strength we’ve seen from him on the camp circuit to date during his pro day. St. Clair threw with noticeable zip. The ball came out cleanly and there was a second life on his throws. While there was a timing breakdown or two during his session, we found St. Clair’s arm talent and consistent throwing motion to be among the best we saw on Wednesday night. The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder also continues to look like the most accurate quarterback in the camp setting, winning the accuracy challenge by a landslide.

ALPHA DOG: TAVIEN ST. CLAIR (OHIO STATE COMMIT)

Tavien St. Clair remains at the top of our board after another impressive outing. He posted the highest score in the accuracy challenge and tied for our fourth-highest score in the pro day at 41 points (three points for a dime, two points for a good throw, one point for a catchable ball). St. Clair is an extremely fluid mover at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds that is able to make a variety of different high-level throws look easy. The Elite 11 staff has raved about how the No. 2-ranked prospect in the Top247 carries himself both on and off the field.

He's making a real case and after the clinics he is putting on this summer, very well might be #1 on at least one publication. There is plenty of competition at the top for sure, but TSC is earning his way up to the top each day. Talk about matching talent with doing things the right way, this kid has it all.

Very weird that Elite 11 has their MVP and On3 does their own…
The official MVP from Elite 11, is Bama commit: Keelon Russell
TSC’s weakness going into the event was 7v7, and it was mentioned once or twice. And that’s what ended up costing him the MVP. And I can’t see how one can’t blame OHSSA partially for that…. But I digress, TSC didn’t cost himself a thing from this event, and still balled out in front of all the national analysts. He won the accuracy challenge and was the 247 Alpha Dog for 2 days on 247 and On3 even had him #1 at times along with the Elite 11. He’s not a finished product by any measure(none of them are, they’re 17), but I’d put him against any QB at this event and Underwood

4. Tavien St. Clair – Ohio State

At 6-foot-4, 225 pounds with a live arm and strong mechanics, Tavien St. Clairshowed translatable skills at the Elite 11 Finals. The Ohio State pledge was among the best on hand during the first two days. He was highly accurate throwing routes on air on Tuesday and backed that up by running away with the accuracy competition on Wednesday. His play dipped a bit during 7-on-7 on Thursday, as he was on target on 11 of 19 passes for two touchdowns. St. Clair isn’t quite as experienced as most others in 7-on-7. With that said, the Bellefontaine (Ohio) High standout still turned in an overall impressive showing and looks to be among the better quarterback prospects in the cycle heading into his senior season.

Seems like 247sports really likes TSC, and I could even see him getting bumped to #1 overall by the season. But that doesn’t mean he’ll be overall, just on their site. But that’s still a major major deal!

Yeah the Bama commit took the E11 MVP but part of the 7 on 7 was receivers dropping catchable balls (a problem he won't have very often at OSU). Like you said though, he showed out great to everyone who watched and it was an excellent opportunity to improve his game and something he always dreamed of competing in. Glad he did so well.

I don’t particularly love the idea that that kid is Dakorien Moore’s HS QB. Not saying there IS anything there, I just don’t love it.

Oh also, I agree if anything TSC will pass Underwood or stay where he is
