Ridiculous vision when tucking the ball and running, almost looks effortless rolling out of the pocket. He also isn’t afraid to get the ball out and let his receivers make plays on the ball. Big fan of the fact that he doesn’t just try to “out-athlete” opposing teams. He had a receiver tonight that broke a 27 year old school record for receiving yards in a game. His running style reminds me a bit of Terrelle Pryor, almost glides out there, but a much more polished passer. Had some absolute dots to receivers on the sideline while in the pocket.

Hoping to see him play again towards the end of the season/playoffs.

I would just slightly adjust that to say a couple things. His level of competition in the regular season is not what most top recruits face, but the 7 on 7 and camp circuits he got to participate in really helped elevate his game and let scouts know his real talent level. Second, he does have serious mobility on top of arm talent, but TP was way faster and mobile...TP was not a precision passer by any means as we all are aware.

I would compare TSC to a more mobile CJ Stroud. Stroud could run, but he just wasn't allowed to or didn't want to. But the arm talent at the very least is comparable.

i just got back from his first game of the season, so that’s what I was referencing as far as competition. I’m sure he’s had some great competitions at camps and 7 on 7s. I also agree with Pryor being faster, I was just saying how they both seem to just glide effortlessly when they take off and run.

Sidney is a step up from Bellefontaine as they are D2, and they were 5-6 last year so pretty average, but still beats the more unknowns like a D6 team. It looks like they do have a D1 game in Week 3....but it's against Westerville Central which probably won't pose a big challenge for them.

Next year, if everyone leaves except Sayin, Air, and the incoming Tavien, it will still be a powerful QB room. Not terribly experienced, but very very talented. We'll see if tOSU brain trust has the foresight to get Sayin and Air come PT. Really don't know what Kleinholtz will do, or Brown for that matter, so we'll see. Just wanted to share a story my father told me (he was pretty connected to insiders back in the day). Word was that Art was seen more than several times at Scioto Downs in the company of HC Earl Bruce. Back then, the lid was put on stories like this (although today would spread like wildfire), by the powers that be (were?). 'Bad' stories could get you banned from tOSU clubhouse, and that would have been the death knell for a beat writer. Go Bucks!

I hope that I don't offend anyone to ask that we please focus on Tavien St. Clair? Especially after his experience in camps, he has attracted attention from the best universities across the country.

There is a reason why he is ranked so highly...and a reason why a coach with Day's reputation would want him and why a player like him would want to be coached by Day. Tavien St Clair is a remarkable young man. By all accounts, he seems to have the right values. A lot of remarkable young men with similar secondary education experiences have played for the Buckeyes and become NFL stars.

Again, not to offend anyone, but that other guy was arrested again recently and has deep-seated, possibly neurologically-linked problems that have nothing whatsoever to do with football and certainly not this kid. I would be remiss to not observe that Einstein and I both had math problems in childhood, lived our adult lives halfway around the world from our birthplaces, had two arm, two legs etc.. However, none of those similarities was relevant in comparisons of our intellect or contributions in life.

Disclaimer: I'm told that Jessica Alba may have told others I may have exceptional abilities that Einstein may have lacked, but I can't verify that.
