Official 2008 Stanley Cup Playoffs Discussion Thread

he does appear to be quite the little bitch.

of course, this is the only time i've ever really watched him.

edit: i fucking hate when teams do this shit (Rangers included). get the fuck over it.....you lost a game.

double edit: I take that back. Mulkin is a little bitch, and the fight was necessary.

He's a kid, it's amazing that people are so rough on him considering that. He plays harder than half the guys in the league.

But I said that because the chant was lame. :tongue2:

Rangers deserved this one. Jagr, again, awesome. I wish he didn't get so much shit from Pittsburgh fans. I understand why he gets it, but I respect the heck out of him.. he was a big part of our success while he was here..

EDIT: Yeah, this end of the game fighting is fairly annoying.

My boys looked good tonight. I think they will loose in the Berg Sunday, but at least they won one.

Boys, fights in the beginning OR the end are always a good thing. (That wasn't much of a fight. Just a lot of them playing smell my glove).

It's good in a sense, but you have to admit, at times there are quite a few whistles at the end of the game.. the fights after every one are a bit much. I enjoy the fighting for the most part, but it can get old when the game is over.

For the 1st time in the playoffs, the Pens just looked out of sync all night. Lundqvist played great last night, and the pens D looked very average. Hopefully the Pens can put this series away Sunday.

Despite their average D, they could've still won the game.. Malone had a breakaway, Malkin had the penalty shot, Staal (I think it was Staal) missed an open net (and I'm thinking Malkin did as well?). They need to make sure they capitalize on their opportunities. They certainly had them, even though they played their worst game of the playoffs.

They need to finish the Rangers. The way Jagr is carrying that team, they can't let them have any hope..
