Question: I realize that the NC game is probably out of reach for the domers, but if they do get by Stanford, which BCS bowl will they be invited to?

Not BCS - more like the

Bright
Shining
China

Bowl

Where all the entrants are flush with success. :tongue2:

Charlie just pointed out that Ntre Ame hasn't finished the season with 2 wins since 1992. That's something this team can accomplish.

You are missing the point. CWs entire strategy for finishing with two wins is to avoid a bowl entirely.

Annual game! Did this last year, doing it this year, and we can do it again next year. Game is called Let's See If All One Hundred And Nineteen Other I-A Schools Can Win A Bowl Before Notre Dame Does.

Notre Dame's last bowl win was the Cotton Bowl in 1993 (New Year's Day 1994) against Texas A&M. Since then, the following teams have won a bowl game and Notre Dame has not:

Air Force, Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Boise State, Boston College, Bowling Green, BYU, California, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Clemson, Colorado, Colorado State, Connecticut, East Carolina, Florida, Florida State, Fresno State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, LSU, Marshall, Maryland, Memphis, Miami, Miami (Ohio), Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Missouri, Navy, Nebraska, Nevada, NC State, North Carolina, North Texas, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Oregon State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Rutgers, San Jose State, South Carolina, South Florida, Southern Miss, Stanford, Syracuse, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Toledo, Troy, Tulane, Tulsa, UCLA, UNLV, USC, Utah, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Washington, Washington State, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

That's 84 for those of you unwilling to bother counting all that. (Understandable.) 36 to go.

This year, the number can potentially reach 91 if Indiana, Ball State, Central Florida, Kentucky, New Mexico, Florida Atlantic, and Houston win their games.

I missed some of the pairings. To which bowl game is Ntre Ame going?
