No. 1 Ohio State--78, #16 Central Connecticut--57 (Game Thread)

We just need to work hard at this practice(?) game to be ready for the big guns. If we play defense the way we should we cover the spread. And if we don't then I lose all my 173 vbucks on my first ever vbet :(

from the Boston Globe (Bob Ryan):

I wish I could be so bubbly about the chances of our third New England entry, but Howie Dickenman and his Central Connecticut Blue Devils know the drill. They have been selected to be the cannon fodder for Ohio State. But they can console themselves with the reality that they have avoided the humiliation of the infamous Dayton play-in game tomorrow night, and if some of the Blue Devils are in the right place at the right time, there might even be photographic evidence available for their progeny that, yes, indeed, Grandpa really did play an NCAA Tournament game against Hall of Famer Greg Oden.

This link is a video of CCSU, talking about the upcoming game against tOSU.

This is their NC game...

irony of news story:

1: david and goliath is a fictional story from the bible

2: if you are in a national championship game you can either lose or be the winner and you cant advance any further. seeing how this is the first round i guess they cant advance any furth if this is their NC game.....aka they will lose

just watch it online. that way you can watch the whole thing uninterrupted. i would imagine our game will only get the first half shown.
did you watch any of last year's games on cbs sportsline's "march madness on demand"? is it comparable to espn's full court online? i've signed up (twice) for "march madness on demand." it's sounds too good to be true, though. i'm worried that it won't work. :paranoid:
