did you watch any of last year's games on cbs sportsline's "march madness on demand"? is it comparable to espn's full court online? i've signed up (twice) for "march madness on demand." it's sounds too good to be true, though. i'm worried that it won't work. :paranoid:

It is on delay, but other than that it is good viewing...Might take a while to get in tho as you have to wait to get on, but if you just go to it early in the day b4 the games start and not right when they start you get in with no problem...

so, you're stating that i should log on to the site before any of that day's games start? also, are you stating that one doesn't log on to a game but instead the whole selection of games? i'm going read the site's details of "march madness on demand." i just want to get some responses from those who have done it before.

The wait isnt extremely long, but could be about 10 minutes at time...

If you log on and just get in, when the games start you will just click on it and be right there ready for the game to start...

I did it last year and had the computer with a game on and the tv with a game on...

This CCsu Fan makes sense.

"No doubt Howie has a game plan. I think if we slow the game down and limit OSU touches/possession.

Oden doesn't foul out ever, but we've gotta try. Throw anybody at him and hope he takes some fouls. This is just a very tough matchup. Tristan, Seymore, and Javy have to shoot the game of their lives to have a remote chance. Obie and meno must mak bodies with NBA players. Its a showcase for our guys too!

Can it (CCSU win) be done - yes! But it will take a perfect storm, and I'm just looking forward to seeing what Howie throws at them and to watch our guys step it up. I have no doubt CCSU will give its all. Heart and desire is not a question, these kids think they can win. As a realist, the size disavantage makes me very nervous."

Matta hopes brush with upsets is past

No. 1 Ohio State prepares to stay in tournament

By Marla Ridenour

Beacon Journal sportswriter

COLUMBUS - The record -- 88-0 -- hangs ominously over the four top seeds in the NCAA Tournament, just as it has every other year.
That's how No. 1 seeds have fared against No. 16s in the first round of the Division I championship since the field was expanded to 64 teams in 1985.
As he prepared No. 1 Ohio State (30-3) for Thursday's opening round game against No. 16 Central Connecticut State (22-11) in Lexington, Ky., Buckeyes coach Thad Matta served up a memory that Florida's Billy Donovan, North Carolina's Roy Williams and Kansas' Bill Self aren't likely to recall.

Cont'd...
