I'm curious what could be so frustrating for Nick Satan at Alabama (other than losing to OSU in the first round of the playoff, tee-hee). Can anyone identify a program where he'd be less frustrated than at Alabama? Hell, they'd probably sacrifice a virgin for him down in Tuscaloosa if he asked for it. If he's frustrated now, try coaching somewhere that has a modicum of rules that must be followed.

Alabama completely dominated the line of scrimmage. How you can say you're unimpressed is confusing.

The Tide isn't as good as the Buckeyes, buthey nobody is.

What he lacks in agility, is made up in his trucking ability. TJ Yeldon was good, but I could never understand him starting over Henry last year.

I doubt Coker plays that well all season. If he had showed that in practice he would have won the starting job in the spring and that would have been the end of it. They cut the field in half for him on most reads and gave him lots of easy throws. Oline looked meh compared to years past, but they do have some playmakers to get the ball.

Their D also looked like they're still having third down trouble.

He ran through several tacklers tonight without really slowing down. You gotta square him up or else he's gonna put tire tracks on your ass. Don't know if he's got hands, but if he does, the NFL is gonna love him...

I'm unimpressed because Alabama played an offensively impotent team and Wisky still kept it close for more than half the game. Just like I was also unimpressed with TCU for the same reasons. Wisky and Minny are in obvious down years, but two top 5 teams struggle with them...

They looked pretty solid to me pnut. If we look solid like that against VT, I'll be quite pleased with how WE look.

Everybody gets a scare, and Minnesota and Wisconsin were quality opponents.

Alabama will do damage. I'm not sold on TCU. They were playing shorthanded with an already retooled defense, but their offense should have looked better than they did.

I think tcu will get boykin killed if they run him as much as they did vs the varmits. Granted they won't see a defense that good for a long time cause big 12.
