You started with the position that they don't work. Simple as that. A few people pointed to Texas A&M as an example that they just might indeed either work very well or at least have the appearance of working which means anyone who wants to recruit at a high level will need to have one.
You then went on to make statements like (I am paraphrasing) "I need more proof than normal people" and "I only work off of complete information" and landed on needing to see a kid explicitly say he made his decision based on NIL money.
Once that happened and the OSU foundation was created by many highly reputable local businesspeople, you switched tracks to the I don't like it so I'll pretend I don't understand how it works position we currently find you still encamped in.
My biggest pet peeve is that it's such a simple business transaction that it makes my teeth hurt when people don't "get it" or when they double down and try to mix morality with legality like we find tonight. It isn't a legit charity because...well because I don't really understand it so it must be creepy/icky/gross.

My position was that it’s creepy and pathetic that these collectives were popping up around the country by boosters and people who just want access to the players. I said they don’t work because nobody has proof that they do. You got mad and said “oh, he only works off complete information” as if not making assumptions about shit I don’t know for sure is a bad thing lol. That was your statement. Not mine. Then a couple guys provided links to stories that were just rumors. Nothing fact based.

After Schottenstein’s collective, I never changed my stance. Why are you lying again? I asked why do fans need to donate and what are they providing that OSU (who brags about making their players the most NIL) can’t.
You keep referring to the collective as a charity but saying I’m the one who doesn’t understand how it works lol. They don’t even refer to themselves as a charity. Why do you?

Nope. I’ve been consistent. It’s creepy and pathetic that these guys are inserting themselves into recruiting. We do not know if they work. Even Jax agreed. I believe they don’t. Collectives are not charities. I’ve been consistent saying all of that, like it or not.
