Thought this would make up a interesting discussion.
I personally think it is Adrian Peterson. When I saw him as a freshman my jaw hit the floor. Size, speed, power, and just natural running skills. Like how Jon Elway is the ideal QB, measurable wise, I feel the same way for Peterson.
Some of my relatives have argued with me that if Clarrett had stayed for 3 years, and not been a shmuck that he would be it, but I disagree. Top 10, but not number 1.
The other two I throw up there are Reggie Bush and Darren McFadden.
The one college player who I will say was screwed by injuries was Frank Gore of Miami. He could have been a great one in college, but at least he stepped it up in the pros.
Beanie is in the Top 10 for me.
I mean there have been a lot of great RB's this decade, but I think that AD is still head and shoulders over everyone else. It's a shame he had injury issues his sophomore and junior years. Could've made a NFL team as a freshman IMO
What are your thoughts on the most talented RB this decade on the college level?
