What are the chances that the 3:40 kickoff time keeps this game from reaching that level? The Texas, Penn State, USC games were all night games. Is there a drop off between night and day games?

At least we didn't get the noon slot.

The USC level was quite a bit above that of Penn State (in 08), can't reference Texas because I wasn't there. I think the SC atmosphere had quite a bit to do with the situation in terms of the pent up anger from the previous high profile non conference games that didn't go so well more so then the time of the kickoff. Should still be pretty crazy though

Checked all of their boards. Three have no mention of it. The only one that discussed it was scout and there was little discussion of the impact. The player used a social media site to indicate that he did not flunk out.

Here is his bio page, I left out the mild production as a frosh
2009 (JUNIOR): Tied for fifth on UM's defense with 6.0 tackles for a loss ... Played in 11 games (DNP vs. Florida A&M) ... Garnered six starts on the year (including five of the last six regular season games) ... Talli a career-high 2.0 tackles for a loss in win over eventual ACC Champion Georgia Tech ... Recorded sacks in wins over Georgia Tech, Virginia and USF ... Had a quarterback hurry against Florida State and at UCF ... Tallied a season-high three tackles against Clemson and at USF.

2008 (SOPHOMORE): Started 11 of 13 games at defensive end - nine at left end and two games at right end ... Recorded 21 tackles (10 solo, 11 assisted) ... Had a career-high four tackles against North Carolina ... Also had three tackles for loss on the season ... Tallied seven tackles (one solo, seven assisted) in win over Virginia Tech ... Posted six tackles (four solo, two assisted) against North Carolina.

Congrats. Any real fan knows who really won.

And they know Ohio State won. The PI call was legit (actually, the ref was deciding which of two penalties he was going to call). There were numerous calls that should've been called against Miami, but weren't. The game should've never reached overtime. Grow a pair and be a man--Miami flat out got beat that night, and they've never recovered. I love it...

And you guys havent done much since either. Go ahead and brag about winning the big 10. Not much competition to brag about beating.
