Damn I wish my PS2 wasn't broke as hell... I'm honestly suprised May hasn't been a douchebag about being called out by Pryor for being said douche, oh wait could that be because he was proven wrong, Pryor was challenged and stood up to it, I think so. In the words of my sweet little mom, who taught me all my proper language, Eat shit and choke on you horses ass May. OK I fel better

I liked what he said on the radio. Something about how Wisconsin will win because they don't lose three games in a row. Duh - I forgot that the previous two games will somehow affect the third game. He also said that Wisconsin does not lose at home at night. Oh - except Ohio State beat them at home at night, but Wisconsin doesn't lost those games.

Why aren't these football "experts" held accountable for what they say?

He got fucking schooled by Rece Davis tonight at halftime of the Penn State demolition...they just put the score of the USC game up, no highlights, and May made some stupid-ass comment about how great they were, and Rece said "My goal for the rest of the season is to figure out why you have such a love affair with USC"

He had no answer.

Anyone catch May and Lou arguing about ND and their coaching situation tonight? May was saying how Fat Weis is getting paid way to much money for doing the same thing the past few coaches got fired for, losing! That was after Lou was talking about integrity and sticking with your decisions you have made. Lou responds with "Please don't ever use any facts when arguing with me again."

Just hit up the DVR'd College Football Live from 9/18 on accident and discovered this gem discussion of the USC-Washington:


Lou: ... and I'm gonna tell you, Washington's a very, very good football team - I think Jake Locker and their offense is outstanding. This is gonna be a lot tougher game than you think. I know that after they beat Ohio State last year, Southern Cal went up and got beat by Oregon State. That isn't gonna happen this year.

Mays: It's not gonna happen this year because they're a better football team. The bottom line: the strength of this football team, the core of this offensive team, is first the guys up front - those five returning starting offensive linemen. Then, it's the running back, the tremendous depth they've got at running back. Then it's the leadership at the wide receiver position. You could put Reese Davis back there at quarterback and they would still beat Washington. Washington's a better team, but this team (USC), they know what they can do. They've won big games before. They've defeated Washington seven consecutive years and this year will be eight.

You have to remember that while Mark May played the game, that doesn't mean he understands the mindset of players or even coaches.

Lou Holtz, spittle and all, usually does. And Holtz is usually pretty much on the mark when he's talking about non-Ntre Ame subjects too.
