My assumption - post season 2014
Wade stays at Miami but is nowhere near the player and could consider retiring
Bosh - will be traded by then
LeBron - heavily considers Cleveland which by that time could be elite-level with LeBron on the team but not have to be THE MAN.. this is why he went to Miami.. he didn't want to be exposed.. he's still very much a kid

I think what we are seeing is the real reason he left.. The media and fans made him THE CHOSEN ONE... but he doesn't feel it.. regardless of what he says... look at what he does... He doesn't want to be THE MAN all the time... He is most comfortable when he is a key cog on a TEAM... He would prefer to SHARE the spotlight.

Look at his upbringing... and his days at St V... he's the same person... IMMENSE talent.. but his ID and ego are not aligned...

the problem is, who is going to trade for chris bosh? he's got a $20 million+ price tag, and has shown to be charmin soft. what teams are going to give up valuable assets for a player of his caliber on a max deal? And, he would have at best two years left on his deal if he was traded this offseason if he takes his player option. so, he'd likely be a short term rental. good luck finding anything of value for him.

Tonight has all the makings of a "feast or famine" situation for Lebron. He showed last year's that he feasts with his team's back against the wall.

I'd love to see him fall flat on his face again, but I'm betting he drops another triple double tonight in a blowout win for the Heat. The other plausible scenario is that the game is tight and Lebron explodes for 40+.

it is the dumbest thing you've ever heard, and it's simply not true. the bobcats have too much salary to simply absorb bosh for a trade exception. so, they'd have to send back close to equal salary, a minimum of about $16,000,000. the bobcats aren't parting with MKG, kemba walker, or BJ Mullins and they only have like 9 guys under contract. this is more rumor mongering from heat fanboys than anything else.

i don't doubt that miami will attempt to come out guns blazing. SA needs to weather the initial storm and grind them down. it's what SA does best, just like game 1. they hung around and hung around until miami hit a bad stretch and the spurs took the game.

I don't think it's any secret that Miami will be a dumpster fire of a team after the 2013-2014 season. The way that their contracts are staggered is ridiculous for a variety of reasons. No way Miller, Haslem, Allen, Birdman, Battier, or Wade even suit up for the 2014-2015 season. And with LeBron's tendency to be a complete and utter pussy, my money is that he goes elsewhere as well. I'm loving it since I can't stand the Heat, but it's obvious that there is no real long-term plan in place. Pretty embarrassing for the "evil empire" of the NBA.

Edit: Oh, and I was talking to a season-ticket holder and The Heat are completely broke going forward. So there's also that...

I keep hearing about how the heat have sold out evey game since LBJ's arrival, their is a salary cap albeit a soft one.

Sure, apparently Arison wants to start divesting in this current team and start restructuring everything from top to bottom. There is money to go around, but paying the large, and ever-growing luxury tax, isn't his prerogative. Obviously, I can only take this season-ticket holder at his word, but he is pretty worried about the franchise going forward.
