And by the looks of what I just quoted you on, well that almost seems to be a pretty good definition of what is known as trolling.
Here is the Urban Dictionary definition of trolling:
For fun, here is the Encyclopedia Dramatica definition:
Yep, you gave a pretty damn good definition of trolling in your post. As a mod, I have never had someone so blatantly post that they are simply in a thread to troll. Hell, it would be the easiest infraction ever assigned in the history of BP, except for the obvious spammers.
And to further muddy the water, I am sure that you know that the first definition of the word "bollocks" is testicles. I assume that you meant it to be used as the alternative definition "nonsense", but in a post where you identify trolling behavior on your part......

and if you've read any of my 900 posts since i've been here, you would know I am no troll. A couple of posts here and there poking fun at people is not a big deal. Internet thick skin required if you're going to post on a message board.

BB73;1787442; said:On the previous post that buckiprof quoted, you were very close to getting an infraction for trolling. Other people in this thread (yes, even Buckeye fans) have received them for posting things like you did, just to get a reaction out of the frustrated Cavs fans. Doing that is trolling, and doing it any more, in this thread or others, WILL get you an infraction.
You're also pushing it on how you reacted to buckiprof's post. He's a senior mod, telling you to not troll in this thread. Your response that "it's not a big deal" and "thick skin required" is BS, and close to earning an infraction for arguing with moderators. Don't assume that tweaking other posters isn't a big deal - there are frequent messes that mods have to step in and clear up, and that's something we'd prefer to avoid the time and energy required to do so. That's part of the reason why you're being told to stop trying to rile other posters up.
This has nothing to do with you being a TSUN fan. As I said, tOSU fans have been hit with trolling in this thread. And in the future, when a moderator tells you what is and isn't acceptable, don't argue about it on the open boards. If you have questions about what a mod's telling you (when acting as a mod, not just making a post), send a PM.
