Learfield Directors' Cup (Formerly Sears Directors' Cup)

Not sure where we are going to pick up any more points this Spring though (is tennis done?), so hopefully we can hold onto second.

Men's and Women's Tennis are finished, however it is not reflective in the Directors' Cup standings until June 8. Women's Golf, Men's Lacrosse, Rowing, Men's and Women's Tennis should all help the Buckeyes when the standings update this week.

Ohio State could actually "juice" its Directors' Cup points, but that would include cutting sports and adding sports (which would also have an effect on Title IX compliance). Beach Volleyball, Bowling and/or Water Polo are the three sports that score points that OSU doesn't field (Pistol and Synchronized Swimming don't score Directors' Cup points).

I cannot believe that Ohio State does not have a bowling team. There are plenty of places to go bowling in Central Ohio. I know that @Buckeyeskickbuttocks would sponsor a team if they would just get one on campus.

I was actually thinking Ohio State adding water polo because A) It would cover Title IX since it's women's B) I think Ohio State could actually field a decent team.
Bowling what cover both of those and I do not think that it would be very expensive. We already have a club team so I just do not understand why did do not get it NCAA affiliated.

I thought it was all set up for OSU to sponsor the sport as an NCAA sport but our asshole of a coach brought a gun to the bowling alley during a club match and screwed the whole deal.

He kept spouting off on Vietnam and threatened to shoot Ohio State's opponent because they were "over the line."

Now that really sounds like something @Buckeyeskickbuttocks should get involved in.

@BayBuck did our water polo club coach bring a gun to some matches like the bowling coach.
