LB Ryan Shazier (All B1G, All-American, 2017 Pro Bowl)

I still like that play call - Shazier on a delayed blitz. The secondary's coverage ability and Shazier's speed should make it especially effective.

ya he barely missed that sack...i think it actually ended up being a big play if i remember correctly...i was glad to see he played a good chunk of the 3rd and 4th quarter because he needs to get more PT

My favorite play of his last night might have been on that one kickoff where he absolutely annihilated that wedge guy. Just a freaking missile flying across the screen.

Can't wait until they get a little more size on him and give him a full-time starting job next season. The guy is fun to watch.

What I love is that he's a missile, but he's still under control. I haven't seen any dumb plays on his part like late hits and blows to the head.

That hit he put on Wilson at the end of the game probably was probably why the ball sailed out of bounds. He closed on Wilson so damn quickly. The punt block was incredible as well. I agree with everyone else, this kid is going to be special.

I saw that hit out of the corner of my eye and had to rewind. When I saw that it was #10 I can't say that I was the least bit shocked.

Why is this kid not on the field every play!!!! Shazier is our best LB NO DOUBT! He has something that none of our other LBs have, SPEED. Seriously how has he not been on the field, I just dont undestand it. It took the staff way to long to get Baxton and Shazier on the field this year.

Because he made a lot of mistakes when he was out there in the past.

The current starters seem to be making just as much IMHO. This kid has talent that can't be matched by most of our linebackers. Id leave him out there because he is going to make his mistakes but he is also going to make some great plays.
