I have a question for those in the know. All these recruits come out decked in Ohio State gear. Does the program give them these or do they buy? I suspect the former, but that brings me to the next question. What exactly are the programs allowed to provide? Do they have to return them when they leave?

Recruits can buy their own swag and many of them do. If a recruit visits they can be loaned gear for the duration of the visit but must return it before leaving. For example, if the Chef arrived in Columbus without a good winter coat we can lend him one to wear during the game which he would return afterwards.

Don't think I have made a single post in this guys thread yet. It worries me how much it is a just foregone conclusion he will be a Buckeye. I certainly hope he is though. I don't think you can underestimate the impact of Trey, Mike, Kyle, Raekwon, Dante, Sam, etc. into the LB core. Roll that around in your brain for a minute. That's a serious infusion of talent. We have had so much success recruiting under Urb that sometimes you just have to step back and say........whoa! (someone insert the proper gif please)

Now that you have proper perspective on that, add in the same impact players on defense for the '12-'14 class for the other position groups. Double whoa!!

I mean....seriously. Straight. Up. Nasty.
