Saw 2 over the weekend:
One was a little Ausie Indie horror film called "The Clinic". It required a bit of suspension of disbelief (OK, maybe a lot

), but it was pretty entertaining, and I liked the ending.
The other was Gaspar Noe's CF Irreversible. It's hard to know what to say about it, I knew somethings, like the reverse chronology, going in, but parts were still hard to figure out and the camera work was deplorable in spots. Still it was what people say it is in terms of powerful and disgusting imagery. It certainly stuck with me. I really loved and hated it both, I guess, which really was his point in making it. And not for nothing, but Monica Bellucci is one of the hottest chicks alive, especially while dancing later in this movie...
<spoiler>it took quite a bit if willingness to put herself in the situation of the infamous rape scene though (which was more towards the middle). I guess I was left with a sense of dread...hard to stomach a movie where the only person whose life wasn't ruined was the rapist.<spoiler>
