I liked Blood Diamind a lot. One of the best new movies I've seen in a while.
I enjoyed The Good Shepherd, but those expecting a lot of action will be disappointed.

The Departed. Holy shit what a movie! Easily the 3rd best movie I've ever seen behind only Requiem and Shawshank. Mark Wahlberg owns.

Anyone who does not like the ninja turtles also hates freedom.
Last movie that I saw was actually blades of glory. Will Ferrell was pretty good but I don't think any movie will capture his persona as much as Anchorman.

I don't go to movies, ever.
I just saw "Castaway" or whatever it's called on TNT. It's been playing all weekend. Did a friggin 10 year old write this story? Ok let's see here. Plane crash, learn to build a fire, make a raft, get saved, everyone thinks your dead, boo fucking hoo "I love you, your picture saved me"...They could've done that in 15 friggin minutes. These types of "insult my intelligence and wallet" movies are exactly why I don't go anymore, ever. I can't believe that this was some "big deal" movie when it was out. What a joke...
OTOH, I just watched "Cool Hand Luke", again, for the eleventyth time. Now that's a quality movie.
Hollywood is so completely talentless anymore it's not even funny...
EDIT: I forgot. They show his first couple days and then all of a sudden it says "Fours Years Later". WTF? How about showing some of that "four years". Maybe something interesting happened during those four years. Maybe some planet of the ape people were living on the island. Or maybe a giant sea monster came ashore. Or how about pirates. Everyone loves pirates. What a stupid friggin movie...
