Justin Frye (OL Coach Arizona Cardinals)

This guy deserves to have a thread bump as much as anyone! He has been the recruiting and game scapegoat, and when it mattered his unit DOMINATED! No one can ever use the excuse that they have to use their backup OL to win games. Frye winning with backups and guys moving positions for the greater good of the program. Go Bucks :urban2:

I came in to say the same damn thing...what this OL unit did under Frye (along with TE help to give them credit) was nothing short of miraculous. I have faith in Frye figuring it out even if recruiting doesn't appear to be working out...the proof is in the pudding at this point to me. And in turn, recruiting might look better when you see all of the OL we are about to have drafted eh?

Yeah his first year and this year he made some great strides. As a coach he's all you can ask for.

I hope some guys see all the draft picks. And want to play for that due.

My hot take is that the OTs are already in better shape right now than they were going into last season, and the interior is in great shape, too.

Develop some depth and make up for the turnover at RB and QB with even better OL play.
The OL performance through most of the season was elite. Had a few rough games but who doesn’t at OL? Every good OL doesn’t have a good day a game or two.

This next years OL has the potential to be the strength of the team if you think about it. The tackles we got in the portal should be up there with this years duo but the interior really is going to be something.

Plus a lot of depth.

Starting 5 will be the two transfer kids at OT, Monty at LG, Hinzman at C, and probably Tegra at RG. We still would have Austin, Ian Moore, Padilla, the Armstrong twins, and the incoming kid as well (Carter I think?).

Anyways the OL is really looking up
