Jordan Hicks (Philadelphia Eagles)

Correct, Texas' second semester starts in the coming couple of weeks. At OSU he has until the fourth week of March before starting up Spring Quarter

Texas's semester may start in a couple weeks, but I can't imagine Hicks would enroll in time for it. I just don't see Hicks, who seems to be a class act, quitting his basketball team in the middle of the season. That wouldn't be an issue at OSU, where Spring Quarter wouldn't start until after his basketball season is through.

If Muschamps, Texas Defensive Coordinator leaves for the Tennessee Head Coaching job.....this could potential help out our cause in landing Jordan.

Never know.....

HB

Muschamp ain't going. As for Mr. Hicks, he seems like a really great kid...whoever lands him will land a quality LB but also a good person. While Jordan may not end up here, he really seems like a JT type of kid.

Soooo am I correct when I say if he intends to enroll early enought at UT to participate in spring camp he needs to be in Austin in a week?

If that doesn't happen he is either going to OSU..or has decided he won't participate in spring ball.

Is he on the record about how important he thinks spring camp is to him?

IMO it is HUGE if he wants PT next fall.......

This would be the enrollment info. re Hicks if he were to choose the early enrollment option at UT.
According to the

January 11-12 Monday?Tuesday
Add/drop for the spring semester for students who have registered and paid their tuition.
January 13 Wednesday

January 14 Thursday
Registration for the spring semester for continuing students who have not yet registered. To complete registration, undergraduate students must pay tuition by 5:00 pm on January 15;
January 15 Friday
Registration for the spring semester for new, readmitted, and continuing students who have not yet registered. To complete registration, undergraduate students must pay tuition by 5:00 pm on January 15;
January 18 Monday
Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday
January 19 Tuesday
Classes begin.

so for clarity's sake (no, not the administrator) It looks like Hicks would be in Austin, this weekend at the latest if he were intending to enroll early and be in Spring Semester classes Tuesday at UT.
