Hoping the Browns throw the bank at him and push Baltimore into salary cap hell.

I hope they never actually throw the bank at him. Just bring him in to wine and dine for a couple days to force Baltimore to break the bank to keep him. The Browns best play is to let everyone know that they want to sign him even though there is no chance of signing him.

These ass-clowns will probably give him $20 mil a year to get him away from the Ratbirds. :bonk:

Source: Joe Flacco, Ravens agree
ESPN.com news services

Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a six-year, $120.6 million contract that makes the quarterback the highest-paid player in NFL history, a source familiar with the deal told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

I knew the Ravens would agree to a contract with Flacco, but this is ridiculous.

It into full retard and make him n?mero UNO all time?!?!? Epic.

No Boldin. No money for FA's. cap room hell.
Now as long as fatty in Pittsburgh and his Oline
Continue to have health problems, the Browns
Can make a legit run at an AFC north title.

. This is glorious. When Boldin leaves, that pompous [censored] will go back to having a QBR somewhere in the range of #15-20 overall in the NFL. Then we'll see if he's still running his mouth.

Meh, the guy played pretty well and won a ton of games and a Super Bowl. Seems time to accept he's a good QB.

What do you expect him to say? Dude said that, then went out and backed it up with a Super Bowl. I don't think he's the best, or top 5, but if I have a starting QB I definitely want him to think so.

I'd expect him to say something that's not laughable and ridiculous. This may come as news to you, but there's a lot of mediocre-to-good QBs that have won a Super Bowl, so let's not overstate Joe's ability based on winning. The fact that he won a Super Bowl doesn't make him any less of a clown for thinking he's the best QB in the league.
