Theres no story. No one has testified under oath. There is speculation.

I'm pretty sure anything she told police could be used to challenge any testimony she would have given in court.
Same with those affidavits from Winston's team mates.
That said, Winston has never told his story -- and likely never will.

Exactly right. We don't even have he said she said. We have sorta want she said. But not what she would say if there was an adversarial nature to her story.

Its not to say I believe her or I don't. But, as you point out, I don't have the ability to believe her or Winston more or less than the other.

He wasn't a heisman candidate yet. Without bigfoot, robosaurus and a free strawberry shortcake doll for the kids I don't think it would be that big a draw.

(You pay for the whole seat but you only need the edge)

Winston's teammates Darby & Casher have acknowledged watching the sexual events, asking for sloppy seconds and participating in previous gang-bangs in the apartment.

Now, perhaps, they will release their cellphone videos and they can be included in Jameis's Heisman Highlights Films.

If the Heisman Voters are suitably impressed, Jameis may have it all wrapped up now.
