Depends. The NB has a tattoo of a seashell on her inner thigh that is so realistic that if you put your ear next to it you can smell the ocean. Does you aunt have such a tattoo?

Of course, the family could simply be making a statement to the effect that:
"After reviewing the facts from the prosecutor and doing further research of our own, we have determined that our daughter is a total slut and compulsive liar."

is it horrible that I hope these people take a scortched earth policy and try to bring down everyone involved and totally trash Winston? Then, he'll have to stand up on that stage Saturday night and fake a smile, fully knowing everyone looking at him thinks he's a rapist.
what they will likely say is that the whole thing is over, and ask the media and everyone to respect their privacy.

She's already being crucified... may as well pull the trigger on that one. Not even sure if she'd have to testify since a lot of it was in exchanges with her lawyer.

Agree.
Remember too, Jameis was never required to give even a statement - let alone testimony.
Jameis has said absolutely nothing to the TPD or the FL State Attorney.
The only statements in his defense came from his roommates/teammates Darby & Casher
- who acknowledged participating in and videoing previous gang-bangs with Jameis.
The TPD is almost as big a joke as the Heisman.
