Don't have the link but it was a diplomatic statement expressing appreciation for the work of the prosecutor and regret that the length of time that had elapsed made things so difficult. There deepest regret was that it would make it more difficult for other girls in a similar situation.

Or words to that effect.

Nothing about burkas.

Seriously, he went there? Then shouldn't the statement be corrected to read "women target these men no one outside of Florinbreda has ever heard of, whose names they don't know and whom they cannot identify until 5 weeks later when they recognize them on campus"?

I often target people I don't know, and after having fully consensual sex with them, become enraged and vindictive that they haven't called me 45 minutes later. Hence, the many times I've presented myself immediately after the encounter at a hospital complaining about a...uh...date rape thing.
