Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

Apparently from the stuff I've read across various sites, a theory to what went down was Winston thought this girl was the Victim. He was actually drunk and raped totally different girl thinking it was this girl in the image.

Plausible, but who knows.

Do you mean he thought the victim was this girl (and not that that girl was the victim)? Becuase I'm not sure if I follow otherwise.

Has this Deadspin article been posted yet? Apologies if it has. I'm not all the way through it yet, but it's interesting to see what the football players are getting away with at FSU:

I know the author of that article. If he says that that stuff is going on at FSU, I believe him 100%

Re: The Florida State football team will vacate an undetermined number of wins, serve four years' probation, and face a reduction in scholarships and other penalties due to what the NCAA described Friday as "major violations" from an academic cheating....Football coach Bobby Bowden would have entered the coming season with 382 career victories, trailing Penn State coach Joe Paterno by one win on the all-time list. The sanctions will force him to forfeit all wins during which ineligible students competed in 2006 and 2007.......Florida State's probation extends through March 5, 2013.

[sarcasm font]The Deadspin article has to be bogus. FSU was found guilty of academic fraud back in 2009 and put on NCAA sanctions. I'm sure they have since "cleaned up their act".[/sacrasm font]
