Just talked to my dad. I told him this game will end up being 13-12 or something like that. I hope the Indians get 1 more. :paranoid:

You called it. What a train wreck of a bullpen.

12-7 Indians.

It's eerie how accurate some of your in game predictions have been. Are you this guy?

Well, I had refrained from posting so I wouldn't jinx this sudden run. Guess that's over. What a pathetic game.

It looks like Pavano may be breaking down physically. Not that that should surprise anybody. The surprise is that he's made it into June.

Yup, he probably will be on the DL pretty soon so we won't have to discuss who the starting pitchers should be. Everyone will probably get a chance now.

That was pretty embarrassing and it had to be in front of me national TV audience. Just couldn't be on STO and now everyone knows:blush:

This is reminiscent of the pitching from the late 80's...guys can hit but we have no one to get anybody out. I mean I love the guy's perseverence, and he is a reasonably good long reliever at this point, but a club is in real goddamned trouble when Tomo fucking Ohka is the stabilizing savior of the roation after Lee. Mix in a bullpen of guys with noodle arms and guys who can't even throw it between the dugouts, and it doesn't matter if we hit 250 home runs this year. Yeesh.

Yeah, I've made that comparison before...particularly the '87 team. Sometimes I long for the days of Tom Candiotti, Ken Schrom, Phil Neikro, Scott Bailes, etc., etc., etc...

Ken Schrom :yow2:

:slappy:

Yeah baby, the days of the Swindell/Candiotti/Farrell/Bailes combination really evokes the memories. Throw in Doug Jones, who couldn't break glass with his fastball, and Ernie Macho Camacho to "close" games, and it was one hell of a time. Gotta love leading your team in victories with, uh, 7

So who was a better 5th starter...Akerfelds, Schultze, or Yett? :slappy:
