Indians Tidbits (2009 season)

DeRo sends one to the home run porch. 9-7 good guys.

(Trade value!)

Not sure why anyone in Cleveland still wants to trade DeRosa. Some wanted to run him out of town in April (which was silly) but he's now one of the leading run producers on the team and he can play multiple positions.

Tongue in cheek on that comment.

However, he is a valuable asset IF the Indians fall out of contention. No reason to hold onto him since he's not in the long-term plan. He could net a nice set of prospects (especially after the tear he's been on) for the future of the club. All depends on the Tribe's position in the standings. There won't be any movement until late July anyway. Until then, I hope he keeps on hitting.

 and clueless Eric Wedge continues to let Perez pitch, even though he clearly is sucking total balls and cant throw a strike

now its a 2 run game which is most likely going to at least be a 3 run game instead of a 1 run game
