PLUS! Take a look at this real close to appreciate it more. In a time where upperclass, offensive backs won the award yearly- TOSU put a SOPHOMORE, a LINEBACKER, and a "censoring" OFFENSIVE LINEMAN in the top 6! Sick.
). Glenn Davis "Mr. Outside" won it in '46, after being 2nd in both '44 and '45. Doc Blanchard "Mr. Inside" finished 4th (after being 3rd in '44 and winning it in '45), and 5th place finisher was Army QB Arnie Tucker.
