I disagree with you about Tressel and Urban but that's ok we can disagree. With Tressel, did he play 100% by the letter of the law? No, but I doubt anybody in any job immediately runs everything up the chain to their superior, especially something that isn't serious. With Urban, he really didn't have any problems off the field at Ohio St at an abnormal level to any other program, Zach Smith the obvious argument against which he handled poorly. But he also took that up the chain and the police cleared the guy, so it's hard to kill him too much.There were a lot of red flags with Urban at the time: washed up after Florida, ran away from Saban, couldn't control the players off-field. Fortunately, those things didn't happen at Ohio State.
