I only posted the info I did on his son/wife because it was publicly available and a curious link between the John/Giovanni situations, not to disseminate info on his family. Please, nobody use any of it to initiate unwanted contact with his son or family.

matcar;2339713; said:Hmmm. So after all that....we are in the same position....he's a fraud, wannabe athlete and hanger on. He has no truth or honesty within his grasp and cannot, within any reasonable measure, provide evidence to suggest he hasn't spent time in jail for some of his more nefarious activities.
Nothing has changed other than the ever increasing likelihood that this rat is insane. One could almost feel sorry for him if for not being such a leech.
AKAK;2339710; said:(Which of course is AKAK speak for "probably needs serious psychological evaluation/counseling resulting hourly cocktails of mood altering medication.")
Clarity;2339702; said:I'll try to answer that myself, based on the contents of his call with Vincent.
He claims he DID attend tOSU, but under a different name. We've confirmed with the archives at the university that no Strassini attended during that period. There's a disconnect here, as he adamantly denied using aliases, but says that he attended tOSU by a different name -- but it is as offered.
He claims he "allowed" the deception to continue by not correcting people who assumed he was a Buckeye All-American football player. He says other people (unnamed people) created the deception, and for some unaddressed/unexplained reasons were the ones to not just maintain that ruse, but PROMOTE it for years. He says this was a deception that was born 30 years ago, and he described himself as a hanger-on of sorts, to the program and players in the 70s, and claimed person connections (to degrees left undefined and unexplained) to unnamed players, Woody Hayes himself, and one or more parties in the Athletic Department.
He freely acknowledged what we know to be fact -- he was NOT a member of the Ohio State football or baseball teams at any point.
Vincent can expand upon that, if any expansion is possible based on what was said -- but those are the broad strokes.

Seems to be a bigger challenge for you than for most of us. And if thinking isn't your hang up, then expressing your thoughts certainly is.onlymelol said:Think ok?
What kind of reply should we file? You're losing me here.onlymelol said:3 billion dollar banks, attempted to claim ?John? was me, added my name and that complete list of names you here have attributed to me. I had my attorney, you guys think I represent myself, hahaha, file a reply.
To be fair, it's not like we can all go hospitals and autograph items while pretending to be a 1976 Rosebowl TD-scoring AA TE from TOSU. I mean, after all, only 1 TD was scored by TOSU that entire game.onlymelol said:He went to court and the 2 of us sat there against the panel of 5 attorneys representing the banks. Every last thing you think you found on me and have wrongfully attributed to me, through your own half assed investigations from behind your keyboards, the banks investigators found those and more simply because it is their job and paid well to do. Not you wannabes, you harm more than help?lol.
That is funny, hahaha.onlymelol said:My attorney provided previous court cases, certified birth certificate, and the Social Security Administrations sworn statement of what my name has been in their records as well as IRS filings and the fact I was not even in the country when almost every last thing was done. Passports and visas have very comprehensive records, think of things like that before leaping badly to wrongful conclusions, that have already been decided elsewhere.
The attorneys from the banks still wanted to go to court, stubbornly and wrongly, similar to you here, hahaha.
I used to work for some of those 3 billion dollar banks, and my wife, who's spent much of her time in the fraud department, still does. Guess what... the banks don't deal with blood or other organic matter. Most of their work surrounds sleuthing paper trails and the like. Why would the banks need your blood sample? That doesn't make any sense.onlymelol said:Now I went to the FBI and gave them fingerprints, and blood, and guess what?
lol, indeed. What's even funnier, if I had falsely been accused of fraud and subsequently vindicated in a court of law, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be all hahaha and lol about now. Maybe it's just your laser beam like focus on thinking positivity that allows you laugh it off.onlymelol said:When the court saw the documents and info my attorney submitted, he asked if the banks had the same documents. They said they did but they still felt I had used those names as alias? before and committed those acts? just like you here again, lol.
Was your fraud conviction dismissed/overturned/expunged too?onlymelol said:The judge said you have the wrong man in his court and told the banks to dismiss their claims or my counter claim-still pending now-would be granted. 2 days later, a VOLUNTARY dismissal was entered. They HAD to admit they were wrong, stronger than if the judge actually dismissed it.
So... did you do time for fraud or not? Because that's substantially different from clearing your identity with a bank.onlymelol said:I said I had documents and photos of all in question here. I do. I offered these documents to Vince, the freelance writer and brother of Clarity. He said he did not need them or want them because he was not an investigative writer, just a freelance one.
These statements by me are truth and verifiable. No one here is even on the list of ?need to know? so keep on speculating wrongly and think you are right, lol. Deliberate indifference to facts is negligent. Do it to harm and it is recoverable. The law kiddies.
Oh let's see... maybe you were trying to un-ring a bell before being busted on it. I mean, that's just a thought a had. To be fair though, I'm not much of a wiki reader.onlymelol said:Read the latest link from Wikipedia, that took place two days before jasonags posted this thread here... I asked numerous times for WIKI to REMOVE my name, why think otherwise?
onlymelol said:Only because you here are arrogantly wrong and want to be right, and as I said before over 95% of the info and ?findings? attributed to me, are not me. It is there, see for yourself. A few here are the main culprits, but no one here can change the law with what has been proven in court to not be mine or me. Yet you accuse me as you do, that it is me, and you are WRONG!

It seems to me that there must be something more that is being covered up..are we being used by this person to cover up something worse than pretending to be a football player?
Clarity;2339711; said:That's where we are. Like an episode of LOST, each viewing creates more questions than it answers -- and we have to ask ourselves how long we're willing to be a part of that sort of losing exchange. We know what we sought to know, and that's he was not a Buckeye.
