The more this guy talks/writes the more nefarious he seems. At first I wasnt really all that worked up over most of this. After this whole drama has unfolded I feel more and more confident he needs to be locked away and I'm not even sure for what, I am just sure he is not a good man. The lies he tells and excuses he makes. The lies by omission.. He is TERRIFIED of people seeing what is really going on. I suspect there are far more vile acts being hidden here than just pretending to be a retired athlete.

 

New theory: this entire episode was fabricated by Clarity and vrbryant for the purpose of increasing BuckeyePlanet's visibility and hit count. I think it's not for nothing that Admonkey has been referenced so often in this thread. Some ex-con named Strassini is pounding his head on an padded wall, completely unaware how his name and backstory have been used as a BP sock foil.

3 billion dollar banks, attempted to claim ?John? was me, added my name and that complete list of names you here have attributed to me. I had my attorney, you guys think I represent myself, hahaha, file a reply.
He went to court and the 2 of us sat there against the panel of 5 attorneys representing the banks. Every last thing you think you found on me and have wrongfully attributed to me, through your own half assed investigations from behind your keyboards, the banks investigators found those and more simply because it is their job and paid well to do. Not you wannabes, you harm more than help?lol.
My attorney provided previous court cases, certified birth certificate, and the Social Security Administrations sworn statement of what my name has been in their records as well as IRS filings and the fact I was not even in the country when almost every last thing was done. Passports and visas have very comprehensive records, think of things like that before leaping badly to wrongful conclusions, that have already been decided elsewhere.
The attorneys from the banks still wanted to go to court, stubbornly and wrongly, similar to you here, hahaha.
Now I went to the FBI and gave them fingerprints, and blood, and guess what?
When the court saw the documents and info my attorney submitted, he asked if the banks had the same documents. They said they did but they still felt I had used those names as alias? before and committed those acts? just like you here again, lol.
The judge said you have the wrong man in his court and told the banks to dismiss their claims or my counter claim-still pending now-would be granted. 2 days later, a VOLUNTARY dismissal was entered. They HAD to admit they were wrong, stronger than if the judge actually dismissed it.
I said I had documents and photos of all in question here. I do. I offered these documents to Vince, the freelance writer and brother of Clarity. He said he did not need them or want them because he was not an investigative writer, just a freelance one.
These statements by me are truth and verifiable. No one here is even on the list of ?need to know? so keep on speculating wrongly and think you are right, lol. Deliberate indifference to facts is negligent. Do it to harm and it is recoverable. The law kiddies.
Read the latest link from Wikipedia, that took place two days before jasonags posted this thread here. User here-diamondbuck and first by user-buckeyeliger87, shows very clearly what I said in my first statement that WIKI did this here to harm me and use this site.
In a google search of me that day, the first 12 hits, WIKI contacted all of them with this same info and links. Is that coincidence or intent? On that link, I asked numerous times for WIKI to REMOVE my name, why think otherwise? Only because you here are arrogantly wrong and want to be right, and as I said before over 95% of the info and ?findings? attributed to me, are not me. It is there, see for yourself. A few here are the main culprits, but no one here can change the law with what has been proven in court to not be mine or me. Yet you accuse me as you do, that it is me, and you are WRONG!

Although many of us would like to know what name he attended tOSU under, I don't think we will get that answer.

We know he never scored a touchdown in any Rose Bowl game.

We know his exploits as an All-American Tight End there, are nothing more than complete, total, utter, bull[Mark May].

He said that he was a victim of identity theft in his legal cases. Although it's besides the point on a sports site, (and knowing what we know now) does anyone believe him?

Things that now have more credibility than him:
1. Lance Armstrong's claims that he never cheated (PED's) in winning 7 Tour de Frances.
2. Lennay Kekua as a real person
3. Rafael Palmeiro's claim in front of Congress that he never used steroids.

I used to work for some of those 3 billion dollar banks, and my wife, who's spent much of her time in the fraud department, still does. Guess what... the banks don't deal with blood or other organic matter. Most of their work surrounds sleuthing paper trails and the like. Why would the banks need your blood sample? That doesn't make any sense.
