Are there any tasty dishes to be made from Buckeyes?
Hmmm...possibly accompanied by some "nice fava beans and a good chianti." (Thank you, Hannibal Lecter.)
I do recall a Texas game with Mizzou--1979, Columbia, Missouri. Both teams were ranked in the top five. Mizzou had a stud QB and, oh yes, that tight end whose son is now with the Cleveland Browns. Living in Indianapolis at the time (froze my fanny up there for five plus years), I drove over to the game.
Final: Texas 21 Mizzou 0. Afterwards I escaped from a nearby sports bar with my hundreds of winnings from confident wagerers.
Now, I hope that these games are going to go down to the wire, whichever way they go, and that there is plenty of turf eating to go around.
