I refuse to believe that Minnesota can bring in more offensive line talent than Ohio State. It's frustrating that the O line is not able to take over a game (like Minny's can). If Coach Tressel isn't careful he's going to get out-Tresseled by Mason.

why are you refusing to believe it now? It has been a fact for 2 years running now. Despite our overwhelming talent at the skill positions in the trenches we are not as powerful as we were 3 years ago. Look at our OL and DL from the NC year - almost half of those guys are in the NFL. Could you say that now?

Actually in terms of defense, there were great adjustments made at halftime of both of those games. I'm not sure which games you were watching, but it sure wasn't those two. In Texas, Vince ran all over us in the 1st half, hardly at all in the 2nd half and PSU hardly moved the ball in the 2nd half period.

We always adjust the D, but rarely does our offense adjust in the 2nd half. That's always the difference!


I guess the talk of Youboty going early can now die down. Injury or not, he has played horribly today! Even if you can't keep up, at least get your head around and see the ball coming so you can make a play!

Their offensive line is incredible. I'm not sure if they're more talented than ours, but they certainly seem better coached.
