Someone on CBS picked an OSU/Louisville championship...are they really expected to be that good?

Same guy said Louisville would be undefeated (they play no one) and that OSU would have one loss while everyone else had at least 2 losses, so take it for what its worth, or isn't worth.

Juggalo heads would start exploding like popping bubble wrap were we to agree to that.

Bosie State-esque schedule.

This is their slate:

OHIO
EASTERN KENTUCKY
at Kentucky
FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL
at Temple
RUTGERS
UCF
at Connecticut
HOUSTON
MEMPHIS
at Cincinnati

If that schedule earns them a berth in the BCSNCG...that's some bullshit.

Sounds more like a reporter trying to generate controversy than Strong calling anyone out.

Playing Louisville in Cincinnati wouldn't benefit Ohio State. It would only serve to help Louisville recruiting. I'd pass on doing something merely to spite UC fans that not only doesn't help the Buckeyes but instead helps out an unrelated school in a different conference.

Clearly they have one tough game. Rutgers.

I'd do a home & away with them. One at the Horseshoe, one wherever they want to go, whether that be at the Nip or at Papa Johns Stadium.

I'd hope they would pick Nippert. You'd see juggalos jumping off of their double-wides in protest.

I'll be supporting more of a 2-1 deal. Two in the horseshoe, and one wherever they want it. Kinda like the 4-1 Cinci deal a while back. Not worth going home and away with Louisville.

...and so, as the sun sinks slowly in the West, we bid farewell to our new friends in the Big East. It's been a wonderful stay, but now it's time to return to reality. As our sleek Pan American Clipper rises into the sky, we relax. Tomorrow we'll have lot's of memories of all that we have seen on our vacation to share with our friends .

If that schedule earns them a berth in the BCSNCG...that's some bull[Mark May].

If they go undefeated, that means they would have had to beat an SEC team. That is infinitely better than tOSU going undefeated this year.

Big Ten schedules announced. The Buckeyes will play nine consecutive weeks of Big Ten games in 2016 without benefit of an off week.

@Oklahoma
Rutgers
IU
@Wiscy
@PSU (wiscy and PSU are back to back games)
NW
Neb
@MD
@MSU
Mich

and in 2017 Ohio St will start the SEASON (sept 2) @ Indiana

I'll admit that I hate the whole realignment and I'm not fond of the 9 game conference schedule. That being said however, the BIG better learn how to schedule, because this is just fucking stupid. I hate giving credit to the SEC but they know how to schedule and if the higher ups in our conference aren't smart enough to see how providing a respite before or after an important game helps get your team to a national championship they should be fired. Even the lower tier teams from the SEC seem to have a shot at some wins before or after a beating from a higher up by scheduling "wins" before or after playing one of their traditional powers. Why does the BIG feel the need to schedule so far in advance? Wouldn't it be better to have an understanding of where teams might be ranked nationally so that we can maximize what a win might do for any team in our conference? Hell Alabama doesn't even have a 2016 schedule yet and they only have 2 games scheduled so far in 2015, Wisconsin first and Auburn last. I'd be willing to bet that "wins" will be put on that schedule directly after Wisconsin and before Auburn.

Sorry for the rant but after looking at that SEC schedule that came out it just makes me wonder what the hell the BIG is thinking.

You mean Paul Brown Stadium, don't you? Nippert Stadium is an on-campus facility. It has as much chance of hosting a neutral site game as The 'Shoe does. Also, it's freaking tiny.
