Future Football Schedules (Updated 8/31/2024)

As of a couple of weeks ago, officially the location was ‘under discussion’.

NW.edu

Most of the Wildcats’ home football games will be played at the enhanced Martin athletics facility. The University also is continuing discussions with other Chicago-area venues that could host some 2024 games. The full home schedule will be released soon.

But in February an article on the NW Rivals site said the Buckeyes playing at Wrigley was ‘pretty much set’.

Wildcat.Report

In fact, only two games have locations that are pretty much set at this time, according to the source. The Wildcats will play Indiana on Oct. 5 at SeatGeek, and host Ohio State at Wrigley Field on Nov. 16. The rest of the slate is still up in the air.

The practice field is only for the first three ooc games. Ohio State will certainly be at either Wrigley or Soldier Field.

Play the game in Cleveland, i.e. The Modell Bowl 2.0.......

In 25 the Bucks play Grambling
In 27 they play New Hampshire

I get the whole "Day's Alma Mater" connection...

But I really think that the top subdivision (I won't use the names of the subdivisions because the names don't make sense anymore) should NEVER play the lower subdivision. Ever.

In 90 games so far this year, the Upper Subdivision (US for short) is 86-4. None of the losses have been by more than 6 points*. Eight of those wins were by MORE than Eight touchdowns. Almost 10% of the wins were by more TOUCHDOWNS than the number of POINTS of THE biggest loss. For every game the US teams lost, they won a game by at least TEN touchdowns.

The average score is 43.3 to 11.9 so far

They should at least ban power conferences from playing the Lower Subdivision (THEM for short). Not one of the 4 losses to a "THEM" school was by a P4 team.

This has to end. It makes no sense.

*the 6-point loss was by mighty Kent State to St. Francis, who I thought was dead
