Is Dane Cook funny?

I heard one of his bits online one time about if he was able to have any superpower, he'd want to be able to shoot laser beams out of his pecker and whenever his laser was running low, his balls would glow. My explaining it does no justice to the bit but I nearly threw up I was laughing so hard.

bingo, I mentioned that in the other thread. Almost universally all comics hate him, they take turns on Stern making Cook the butt of jokes although some of that is probably jealousy.
