Dane Cooks first album, harmfull if swallowed, was just plain funny. His latest stuff is nowhere near that.
then all that i've ever seen of him is his recent stuff because it's not at all funny to me. honestly, i've watched a few 5+ minute skits of his and never laughed once. i'm young enough that it's not a generational thing either. i laugh at all types of humor, from the dry to the obvious. i can see him as an entertainer, but i don't see him as a comedian.

haha thats what i thought when i found the picture, but i ended up deciding it was hilarious (but kinda creepy).

i mean come on, you can't tell me that you don't laugh if you stare at that thing for 5 seconds straight.

very funny

probably one of, if not the best young comics out there...would really like to hear some opinions about why people dont find him funny. personally, i feel like his randomness and spontaneity are what make him so funny. he's got some quirky, random antedotes about life.

IMO his comedy is not about saying funny things but acting things out in a hyper-exagerrated manner which is supposed to provide the humor, but really doesn't. He is completely superficial and just seems desperate for audience approval.

All comedians are pretty much a matter of personal preference. It's hard to say why a person doesn't find something/someone funny. Example, a friend of mine LOVES Dave Attell, he loaned me his CD and I didn't think it was anything special, mostly a bunch of one-liners, but he's constantly cracking jokes from it and telling everyone how great it is.

My point, everyone has a different sense of humor, I don't expect everyone to agree with me but I always just try to keep my mind opened to new things.

FYI, even this loose definition doesn't appear to be the word you 'ought to' use in this case.

Webster's New Millennium? Dictionary of English - Cite This Source
Main Entry: outta
Part of Speech: prep
Definition: out of; also written [outa]
Example: We're outta here.
Etymology: eye dialect
