ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

Just noticed the GameDay segment where Chris Fallica makes his picks has changed from him sticking $100 bills with his picture on them to the board to him now using a photo of a bear. Still picking against the spread, but not actually using props that look like cash money.

I flipped it on for five seconds of a segment where they were copying the format of "c'mon man!" they use in their NFL coverage where everyone in the studio yell it at the same time.

They changed it up with some lady and I think that Georgia guy where they yell "you had one job!" at the same time after every video clip.

What kind of jackasses do they do their market research on that tells them they need more of that shit in their program?

It's mind numbingly stupid.

Well, BP changed the game for me. A fire that started here, led me to research how ESPN gets paid whether I watch their channel or not. I cut the cord several years ago just to hurt their bottom line and speak with my dollar. Now, it's become the hip thing to do for us millennials and other generations - and ESPN is getting the (over due) long dick of the law.

Deadspin: Joey Galloway Ends Leonard Fournette Debate By Insulting Women Drivers

On today’s College Football Live, Trevor Matich and Joey Galloway were arguing about how LSU running back Leonard Fournette should preserve his health for the NFL Draft in two years. The debate concluded with Galloway remarking on the driving skills of women.

Matich believed that Fournette should take it easy for his final college season, bringing up the case of former South Carolina back Marcus Lattimore, who hurt himself in college and ruined his professional prospects. Galloway, a former NFL wide receiver, compared Matich’s argument to telling someone not to drive a car because of other people on the road.

“When you drive a car, you don’t have SEC defenders diving into your legs 25 times a game,” Matich retorted.

“No, you’ve got women driving,” Galloway said. And then, all the air was sucked out of the room. Host Chris Cotter changed gears, and Galloway quickly apologized.

BTW I find it highly annoying when anecdotal evidence is used by some to argue a point about general populations.

Ha, I find that aspect of the commercial obnoxious as one. What you do as an individual is next to meaningless when it comes to generalizations about the population as a whole.

That said, there are enough people of all makes who drive like assholes to make it seem like their "group" suck at driving if you decide to focus on it.

Okay, I'm done being off topic.
