Just going by some previous positions on their resumes, Fickell's staff at Cincinnati is going to be as over-qualified as Urban's is in Columbus.

Martyball, or Tresselball or whoeverball, really depends on having a significant talent advantage.
You can't really count on that at a mid major school.
This is super important to point out- Donatos is Columbus based.
Montgomery Inn? Grippos?
And don't wish skyline on your worst enemy. Stuff tastes like dogfood on stale spaghetti.
Still have a hard time with the tread title. Still hard to reconcile that he's gone.
Thanks again coach. Best of luck. Enjoy Skyline, Donatos and LaRosa's.
Imagine if he were allowed to hire his own staff in 2011
I never found the Monty Inn to be all that.
I don't know about that - didn't Tress win 3 NCAA DI-FCS titles at YSU and play for 2 more?
I realize that Tress recruited some talent to Youngstown, but overall isn't the talent pool fairly even distributed throughout the FCS? Since those who are better go FBS, and those who are worse go DIII, at the end of the day leaving a fairly homogeneous talent pool to go around. At least, that's what I thought. Someone please feel free to correct me.
I wish we still had negative rep purely for this. And don't wish skyline on your worst enemy. Stuff tastes like dogfood on stale spaghetti.
