You know what? Chicken butt.
Yeah he is a hometown guy for me. Watched him play a lot in HS. The overused phrase 'man among boys' will never be more fitting because the competition he faced wasn't very good. It was literally funny watching his 6' 6" frame waltz around doing whatever he wanted. So much so that it made you wonder how he would do against Div 1 talent. Glad to see he isn't disappointing us.

It's a combination of things.
First you have to be dumb enough to be out and about with a large amount of an illegal substance on your person. Additionally you have to be be extra dumb enough to go do shit that will bring the attention of cops to you, while you are carrying large amounts of an illegal substance on your person.
Also you have to be in an area, not Tallahassee lets say, where cops actually are looking to bust people doing stupid shit while carrying illegal substances on their person.
