My argument is simple. The man was recorded secretly, that is illegal. Yet they are using an illegal act that would never hold up in a court of law to oust him simply bc they didn't like what he said. What he said was not even that bad. Sure it was arrogant in insensitive, but racist I don't hear it. He asked her not to flaunt those black guys at his games and all over social media 24/7. He didn't blacks are banned from his games, or that blacks should call him master. He asked his woman to quit hoeing around in public so much. Not at all unreasonable. The only reason the NBA acted is bc society has to act outraged when a black person is offended by a white persons statement or otherwise they are also deemed racist. The law will likely see that although a dickhead, Sterling has a point. This lawsuit should be interesting bc it's clear the NBA is on a witch hunt and may have acted above what it realistically should have given the bylaws and circumstances.
