Coolest concept car ever

Hate to use what I think is my 1000th post for this (was saving it for the congrats to TP for becoming a buckeye, who knows if/when that will ever happen), but this is the coolest concept car I have ever seen, have to share...

It would never survive the winter we just had in Ohio. I'll bet it would never make it down my snowy driveway without getting hung up on the snow piles and ice. Put skis on the front and tractor size wheels on the back and we'll talk.

Thought you might like to see the next generation of tires. They had a pair at the Philadelphia Car show.
Here are photos of the new Michelin tires.
These tires are airless and are scheduled to be out on the market very soon.
This is what great R&D will do and just think of the impact on existing technology:
a.. no more air valves
a.. no more air compressors at gas stations
a.. no more repair kits ...

Failed to take opportunity of "Reinventing the Wheel" :tongue2:

Wonder what the structural integrity becomes when one, then two of the flexible spokes age and crack?

There is no such thing as "planned obsolesence".

This post will self-destruct in 3 days.

... I wonder how much the damage settlements will be once one of the spokes throws out some gravel at a pedestrian standing curb-side.

I assume that the version pictured is a cut away to show proof of design, functionality, and the real production tire will be fully sealed all the way around like a traditional tire?

Then how can I let the air out his tire when he takes up two spaces when parking in my lot?
