Same-sex people kiss on comedies all the time... especially those which are prone to shock humor, like South Park.
As for the 'smoking gun' of that alleged kiss, the director put that in, and the S.P. duo said they had to get very drunk to pull that off... per a Jimmy Kimmel interview.
The gay rumor has been refuted a number of times as well, though they seem to get a kick out of it.

Concept-
The days of cruising just to cruise are over. I think the next great concept would be an affordable-safe-sporty car that looks like a vintage corvette or camaro and one that runs on smog and then the byproduct is fresh clean air and water.
Oh the days of fueling up my 1960 Impala convertible (my first car in 1972) for less that $5.00.
Remember-Buy American.
