Congratulations to all the players and fans of The Ohio State University on a remarkable season. Everyone doubted the fact that you could get there, and tried to belittle you once you made it, but you once again showed why Ohio State is one of the best programs in college football.

You have every reason to hold your heads high Buckeye fans, because what I saw tonight was anything but an embarrassment. Your team showed up in a hostile environment and played their hearts out. They just had a few too many mistakes tonight and came up on the short end of the stick. Back to Back appearances in the National Championship game is something to be very proud of. The fact that you achieved all of your success this season w/ only 3 seniors amazes me, and I wouldn't be suprised to see you guys playing for another crystal trophy in '08. Good luck with that, I know that I'll be rooting for you. (as long as my beloved Tigers don't pull off a minor miracle and get there themselves)

Last but not least, I'd like to thank all of you again for the hospitality you've shown over the last month and a half. It's been great discussing football w/ you all, and I look forward to sticking around and learning some more about the Big Ten.

Congrats again Buckeyes, and as always, walk w/ pride.:cheers:

I was in Tempe for Miami and have never seen the Bucks lose in person. So I have to go next year when we're playing for #1 again.

Let them bash away. Our team is Ohio State. 117 other teams wanted to be in the position our Buckeyes were in last night and I'll take that any season, especially in a "rebuilding" year. You can only let the media/hostile fans get to you as much as you want them to get to you.

Thank God Les decided to stay at LSU and Bo Pelini is off to Nebraska. I'd hate to have either of them show up in Ann Arbor.

This was the LSU team everyone was talking about at the opening of the season, great talent and a great coaching job. Congrats!

Thank you for the Class LSU. You guys deserve the Crystal. I have to say it's refreshing to have a championship team, who's fanbase can represent thier school with the class and dignity that you have shown on this board and as a whole. Great season! Same goes for the Buckeye fan's here. Not bad for a rebuilding year and hopefully we can make it 3 appearances in a row. I'm extremely proud of this Buckeye team.

Thank you. You guys are to be commended for being passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable fans. The class, dignity, and composure I've seen on this board since last night is amazing. I'm not sure I could have handled a loss with the grace the Buckeyes fanbase on BP has.

I'm old enough to remember Woody, Bo and the 3 yards and a clould of dust era. I've learned a great deal about the recent Buckeye teams and your passion from this great web site.

Hold your heads high Buckeye Nation.
