Tressel is a class act

Very impressive, dignified man in a difficult circumstance. FWIW, next year was supposed to be OSU's year. Yet, Tressel got you guys back to the big game a year early. Congrats on a great year and great run at the '07 MNC!

Best of luck in '08 and please, please, please beat the everloving snot out of USC.

Pretty good Effing team right there...beasts in the trenches on both sides of the ball, Dorsey is as good as advertised (and gracious after the game), and Hester is my kind of player. It was quite a season for them, and they deserved the title this year. Congrats and good health to the guys coming back and the guys hitting the combine.

LSU fan

Lots of classy OSU fans here. Take away some of those personal fouls on OSU and it could have been a different ball game. Lots of OSU players returning next year, Michigan shouldn't be a problem, so you might make a third straight trip to the Title game next year...As long as it isn't USC Im happy.

LSU took our best... played with mental toughness and focus. The best team won. PERIOD!
I look forward to the fall of '08.

Thanks to the classy OSU fans. It says a lot that yall can come out and be gracious even in defeat.

About the OSU/Big 10 bashing, that is mostly by the media. Notice how right after the game, all the commentators could talk about were how OSU lost and how the Big 10 was hurt. Nothing was said about LSU's win, so right there tells you they had an agenda to push.

The OSU fan showed up, a very dedicated group. Hopefully we see yall again sometime soon!

Amen. I'll tell one peat that next time I see him as soon as I return to So.Cal tomorrow.

Anyway, I want to thank you guys for being all class during the time leading up to the game, during the game, and after the game. You guys are great.

I don't have a voice right now and may not for a few days, but I can type! I have to say, I had a crappy day leading up to the game. I was in a funk and was worried about what would happen tonight. Never ever thought it was in the bag, and when you guys came out and smashed us in the mouth, I was really thinking we were in trouble. Was really surprised to see us respond as strongly as we did. We had had so many penalties and injuries this year, but it was great to see the team fairly healthy and much more disciplined.

LSU will not likely be in this discussion next year, but I think we will make a run in 2009, hopefully. Meanwhile, you guys look to be in a good position to make a run next year. I wish you guys the best and thank you for a great end to the 2007 season. :cheers:

i seen u guys at the begining of the year and thought u would win it all and tonite u showed why u were the best team in the country all year. I think your coach is quiet likable despite being a michigan man!! Hope to get it on with your team next year!!!!

Very classy program and fans you guys have. Thanks for the congrats and you guys had me very nervous at the start. Wells is a great back, and very dangerous.

To the one poster up top that said we were running up the score. I don't think it was anything personal but I think we did need to score as many points as we could so that people wouldn't start pushing for USC to be #1. But regardless of that it is happening already which is pretty sick. Oh well, we have the crystal ball but I am sure they are going to try to split the title with USC. Oh well...

Anyway, great game and if your guys stick around and don't go to the NFL you should be very dangerous next year with more experience.
