Eh 1 point with Korpi in the net is ok. As mentioned above the tying goal by Carolina was a pretty much a lucky break.

They are already in the playoffs, but these next 2 games against Chicago and Washington are still big, gotta show vs elite competition

but you still want home advantage in round 1. that's going to take probably at least 3 points in the next two games, with a matchup against the penguins then looming.

Gave up an early one after (another dumb) Dubinsky penalty to start the game.

Honestly played even, if not better, than the Blackhawks for at least 40 minutes on their home ice. Crawford is just a damn wall.

I think Chicago fans might want to keep paying me to show up to their stadiums sporting Ohio jerseys. Burned on my last 2 trips in close fashion- Indians WS at Wrigley and CBJ at the United Center.

So uh, my thoughts are this team isn't as talented as the other "elite" teams in the league. Obviously winning 14 in a row is both a sign of what is possible, but also has skewed things ever since.

The offense needs to get unfucked. Bob can keep them in most games.

Hopefully they get this awful out of their systems before the playoffs or its gonna be a quick exit. Hell of a time to hit a ugly skid.

the thing is, once you take out the performance during the winning streak (i know that's not logically sound), this offensive output has been more in line with what they've been doing most of the season. so, perhaps the performance during the streak, especially on the power play, was the true outlier, and what we've seen during the rest of the season is this team's true identity.
