Tied with Pittsburgh (same # of games played)

+4 points on NY Rangers (Rangers have 1 more game played)

Would be nice to gain some on the Rangers this week, they play the Devils and then the Sabres twice.

No more games with the Rangers remaining (CBJ win season series 3-2) 1 vs Pittsburgh remaining

Catching the Caps is probably a pipe dream, Same # of games and down 7 points, they do play them 2 more times though.

I haven't followed very closely this year. But in a way wouldn't it be better to finish 4th? I would think playing Ottawa (or Montrael) wouldn't be as tough as playing Pittsburgh first rd
