EDIT Not sure that I want another Russian, given the club's history with these guys, but this guy is supposed to be a playmaker and the Jackets need one in the worst way.

The other guy is Mikhail Grigorenko (another Russian of course) who is a center. The Jackets could take him as many scouts are referring to Grigorenko and Yakupov as 1a and 1b in this year's draft. We can fail for Mikhail as well!!!

Tyutin is barely an NHL caliber defenseman for some reason. He has the skills, but he doesn't have the drive or the mental game to do it.

Wis is however, but Columbus is paying him too much.

Tyutin hasn't been terrible lately from what I've seen. He's still being expected to fill a #1 defender's role when he is a 3/4 though.

Jackets score a PP goal with 1 second left in the 2nd to tie it at 2. Score again 32 seconds into the 3rd for a 3-2 lead.

How can they manage to blow this one?

The play that set up the go-ahead goal was made by waiver pickup Colton Gillies. He poked the puck against the boards around the d-man at the blue line, skated around the d-man and made a great pass to Mackenzie in front of the net for the goal. Pretty impressive. Wouldn't expect that to ever happen again from him, but it was nice nonetheless. :lol:

Yeah, I've got it on the radio here and was trying to figure out why the CBJ announcers were so excited about a great pass by the other team. It wasn't until they mentioned McKenzie that I realized Gillies is a Jacket. :slappy:

They won. They're going to fuck this up and not have a top 2 pick like usual.

If you're going to lose, lose right. Get better the way the Oilers and Penguins are doing/did it. Suck total and complete asshole for about four years so you can get a handful of top picks that are literally impossible to fuck up.
