They're shitty. Unbelievably shitty.

Arniel has to go. There is no excuse for a team to be this bad.

Howson has made some bad moves (Brassard's deal, entering this year with this corps of d-men, and most notably....counting on Mason not to suck an okapi cock this season) but there is STILL enough talent on this team that they shouldn't be anywhere near this bad.

Time to fire some people and make a trade that will actually help the team. Nikitin might be worse at defense than Russell.

EDIT: Tyutin might be on the move as well.

Sounds like Tyutin for Nabakov.

Goaltender is a position of need, but I don't think they have anyone to replace Tyutin unless they make another deal. They have about 400 centers now (with Letestu), so I guess Brassard or Vermette might be out soon. Hopefully Vermette. Dude isn't producing.

Is there a goalie out there to be had? I would take Nabokov in a heart beat over Mason. His head has to be a mess and he's actually about 3rd on the list of problems the Blue Jackets have this season.

I think he would THRIVE in a back up role right now.

Ahh.....Nikitin. I didn't recognize it from the spelling, but I remember him because it always sounds to me like they're saying "Nick Heaton". :lol:

Johansen with his second of the night on a beautiful feed from Prospal. If the score holds up, Johansen will have three game-winners....which is pretty damn imprseeive when you consider it would be the Jackets 3rd win.

Nabakov is third string for the Islanders though.. and he's 36. They might as well just stick with Mason until they can get a goalie who can stick around for more than a couple years.

Mason actually looks awesome tonight though. D-men aren't just standing there doing nothing either. Don't think that's a coincidence. Johansen = beast
