Columbus Blue Jackets (Official Thread)

Not a very exciting game, but the Jackets totally dominated in every way. Brassard showing his potential lately. If he keeps it up, the Jackets will be very strong.

Voracek was given credit for Methot's goal. 'grats on #1 Jake.

Lost to Colorado 5-1 ..... then

Beat Montreal and Atlanta 3-0

Consistancy is a major problem with this team; will the real Blue Jackets please stand up?

They need to score the first goal.. they look much better when they do that. Don't know if it's a confidence issue or what, but they've won every game in which they've scored first. They look more confident out there with Garon too.

The current top 6 is meshing very well together.. Voracek/Brassard/Nash and Filatov/Umberger/Vermette. Not sure where Huselius will fit in, but I think Filatov needs to stay in the top 6. If he isn't in the top 6, I hope he's playing with Kyle Wilson. But Wilson will probably be sent down when Huselius comes back. :(

The Voracek/Brassard/Nash line has looked dominant.

I fucking love this team...they have a few games where they suck moose wang, but they seem to be all over the close ones, and I like that. Plus they're beating teams like Atlanta this year, on the road. Nice. I really like what I'm seeing so far. Wilson, Clark, the Nash line, even Brassard is doing much better. Keep it up lads.

There are more players than fans in attendance in Atlanta.

Have you been watching "The Walking Dead" ????

There are [censored]ing zombies everywhere in downtown Atlanta! You might feel comfortable getting caught up in that mess, But not the savvy Atlanta fans.

We'd brave the Zombie apocolypse for Falcons vs. Saints on Monday Night football. But not early Fall hockey.

I wouldn't ask that....it might be closer to the team that was slaughtered by Colorado than the team that has posted back to back shutouts....

winning 2 out of 3 will easily put them into the playoffs

it's hard to not think that there will be some level of regression overall as the season goes on, but this team has shown more in the early season than just about any of its predecessors.
